The role that is documented
Aurora Capital Partners identifies Prakash Iyer as the CEO of Inhance Technologies, appointed in 2024 after joining the company in 2013 as chief technology officer. That places him within the leadership history relevant to scrutiny of the business. It does not establish that he personally committed an offence or directed a particular disputed act.
The company case
EPA linked PFAS formation to the fluorination of plastic containers. Inhance challenged the agency’s restrictions, and a federal appeals court vacated the challenged orders in 2024. The resulting public record concerns a company, its manufacturing process and the scope of regulatory authority. Readers should keep those subjects distinct from allegations about an individual executive.
Accountability requires specificity
A useful leadership question asks who approved testing, what information reached management and how customers were informed. The reviewed materials do not supply a complete answer. This publication does not present a personal criminal case against Iyer. Any future assertion about his conduct would require evidence identifying the decision, date and responsibility, rather than relying on his job title.
